Jerry Bruch is the Director of Business Development for Place One search Group. Jerry has played a key role in helping develop our company's footprint in assisting corporate clients with their recruiting requirements over the last 12 years Jerry also has hands-on knowledge of how both smaller and multimillion dollar international corporations operate from his licensing and branding experience gained through his 20 years of work with Asian import/export businesses.
Jerry spent many years developing proprietary products with well know national brands. Jerry excels in working with a wide range of fortune 200 companies and startup ventures. With this skill set and knowledge base, our corporate clients know that they have in Jerry, and in Place One Search Group, someone who understands their needs from a unique and experienced perspective.
Richard Goldberg is a second-generation technical recruiter. For over the last 20 years he has consulted at the top organizations in the Philadelphia region. He has been brought in during high growth periods to organizations during structural changes. Drawing on agency and corporate experience, he is often asked to design recruiting procedures and the training of hiring managers to maximize retention levels.
He has successfully completed assignments from frontline employees to middle management to C-level executives. A seasoned professional, Rich applies best practices learned in the family staffing business, formal education, to the real world where you are only as good as your last placement.
Additionally, he has made sure all the candidates are prepared to best present themselves to decision makers. It is this experience of understanding both sides of the process that you can leverage to improve and accelerate your hiring process.I am passionate about matching people with the right work culture. Given how much of our time is occupied by our work, the energy it takes to get out of bed is a good indicator of job satisfaction. Which means productivity and retention.
Randi B-Spiegelman joined Place One Search Group in 2012 as an appointment setter.
Prior to joining the team, Randi has gained sales experience for over 30 plus years in the retail industry. During that time Randi received her government license to sell government securities in conjunction with mastering the art of being a professional fundraiser.
Outside of work, Randi enjoys spending time with family/friends, traveling, sports, music and fundraising for charities in her community.
Richard Tarsitano has over 40 year’s experience in the retail world. Seven years sales experience with Sunbeam/Oster as District Sales Manager winning Sales Manager and Product Mix Manager of the Year awards. 35 years with Walgreens as Store Manager, opening first 24 hour Walgreen store in Phoenix Arizona, winning Store Manager and Pharmacy of the year. Richard also opened the Seattle/Tacoma Market for Walgreens, managed all operations including hiring for Market, Advertising & Supervising new stores. Promoted to Walgreens Corporate Buyer, Richard duties included promoting sales and profit thru buying, merchandising, advertising and creating and placement of items in stores. He also has experience procuring products domestic and direct import, purchasing from vendors, marketing, packaging, licensing, branding experience and advertising experience with Walgreens that is recognized as one of the best run companies in the world.
In 2004 Richard retired from Walgreens and went to work for Update Products as VP of Sales, Marketing, Packaging and Operation. Update Product is an import and domestic product supplier that sold to retailers like Walgreen’s, CVS, Rite-Aid, Staples and Dollar General. In late 2016 Update Products became U.S. Division of Shanghai Textiles.
In early 2017 Jerry Bruch who has known Richard for over 16 years asked Richard to join Place One Search Group as Recruitment Coordinator. Richard uses his over 40 year’s retail world experiences and over 25 years of hiring Walgreens employees to find applicants that exceed expectations and are highly qualified and suitable for our clients.
Carrie O'Neal is married to a United States Marine and has moved all over the United States. She have 2 beautiful children who are 9 and 12 years old, they keep her motivated and on her toes. She loves working on crafts and refurbishing furniture. She have been in the recruiting field for 8 + years. She loves helping people and companies find perfect fits. She has found that recruiting has become a passion to her. She is currently living in the Washington DC area.
Karen Frank, JD, MscD, PhD, CH, CSP - Karen's mission is to help people achieve personal and professional success. Karen previously was employed as a Human Resource Specialist for Benefits and Relocation as well as a Human Resource Generalist for a Fortune 500 company. Listed in Atlantic City Magazine's "People to Watch," featured twice in Charlotte Woman's Magazine, featured in Philadelphia Enterpriser Magazine as a Sales Expert, and NAWBO's Year of the Women award winner. Karen hosted her own Radio Show and has appeared on the Discovery Channel for Firewalking, NBC News and Charlotte Fox News television. She also was past President of the National Association of Female Executives. Karen recently attained a Juris Doctor degree and was awarded several honors including Pro Bono Student of the Year, Student Leadership award and was a Student Ambassador. Her expert knowledge and abilities, dedication and tenacity are key elements to the work Karen engages in to assure individuals that they become a valuable player and achieve their goals in all employment opportunities.
Amanda Trerotloa - Appointment Coordinator
I attended Temple University with a concentration in Public Relations and Marketing. I have experience in the restaurant industry and as a CSR in banking. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband,2 kids,and dog. I am involved with school and sport activities with my children. Also I enjoy reading,traveling,photography and anything outdoors!
Ken - Senior Recruiter
Ken is responsible for development of the sales organization and strategic initiatives, business capture and growth of client business. Ken brings more than 20 years of management experience, where his primary focus is both domestic and international business growth while serving in executive sales and marketing management positions. In addition to being a frequent speaker at industry events, he has written several industry related articles. Ken is a founding member of the American Tele-services Association (ATA), presently sits on Board of Directors in Florida.Active within the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), American Resort developers Association (ARDA), and presently serves as a member of the telemarketing Council of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).
